Unis will exchange or reimburse product within 14 days from the ship date. All goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. All hang-tags and labels must remain on garment. We require that you email us so that we can issue an Exchange or Return Authorization #. We will then be able to reserve and prepare another style/color/size. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following in your email:
- Name and Address
- Order #
- Short Description of reason of RETURN…OR
- Style/Color/Size of what you would like to EXCHANGE
with a short description
In case goods are NOT available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed (excluding shipping charges).
Your account will be credited within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Unis ships via UPS Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipments outside of the US are processed via USPS. Orders are processed within one business day of payment. In case of an incomplete delivery, only the items shipped will be charged.
Our shipments are "Signature Required" by default. If you would like to waive this requirement feel free to contact us. Please note that if you decide to forgo this we are released of any liability in regards to shipping issues once the package has left our facility.

NOTE: Because Unis charges the California statewide minimum sales tax rate of 7.25% for purchases made online but shipped outside of LA county, the purchaser is liable for any additional district tax owed in connection with his/her transaction.
Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Use of Web Beacons
When we send you emails, we may include a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails.
